Thank you to all you wonderful people who have remained here while I have been absent this past year!
I’ve been away on maternity leave, and I didn’t feel it would be too appropriate for me to write articles about teaching when I wasn’t actively teaching at the time. I thought it might come across a bit like those professional development sessions that are run by people who have either never taught in a classroom, or have been out of it so long that you can clearly see the disconnect.
But here I am, returned and renewed!
Being a new mum and melding that into my teaching world is certainly a challenge, so I hope you forgive me if you’re not interested in that side of things and I talk about it from time to time. I do have another blog – Actual Mums – where I occasionally post about mum-life, so if you’re more keen on that side of it, head on over there for a look!
This coming year I will be back to posting regularly, so if there is a particular topic you’d like to see discussed, please get in contact or leave a comment below.
Here’s to a fantastic 2019!
